Position Overview
Executive – Organisational Method Unit
You will be responsible for driving documentation governance, reviewing and enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and system manuals to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review SOPs, Work Instructions, and System Manuals
Support process improvement initiatives
Assist in audit preparation and documentation management
Ensure alignment with organisational policies and operational requirements
Data Engineer – ICT Department
As a Data Engineer, you will design and manage data pipelines, develop dashboards, and support digital transformation initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines
Develop dashboards and reporting models
Ensure data quality and compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards
Support ICTD projects and digital transformation initiatives
Senior Executive / Executive – Corporate Communication Unit
You will develop and manage visual and creative materials to support PUNB’s branding, communication campaigns, and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce creative concepts and visual design materials (print & digital)
Maintain branding consistency across platforms
Manage website and social media visual content
Support photography, video production, and campaign materials
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
2–5 years of experience (Executive roles)
3–5 years of experience (Data Engineer / CCU roles)
Strong analytical, communication, or creative skills (depending on role)
Relevant technical knowledge (ISO documentation, Data Engineering tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS, etc.)
